But I despise it; if only it weren’t necessary (read: vital) to human sanity and health, I’d forget the thing entirely. It’s such a waste of time - I could be doing so much in the 6 - 12 hours of sleep! (!!)
I’ve been living the busy life, so sleep in sacrificed. For better or for worse. It’s finally taking a toll, but ugh, why can’t my body just adjust to be insomniac tendencies? When am I not living a busy life?
And when I do actually want to sleep, I do it during the day. I swear I’m nocturnal (no vampire shit, please and thank you). Sleep all day, p a r t y a l l n i g h t .

And I wish I could provide specifics that would actually be of help, but to be honest, I’m looking for exercise routines/diet tips myself (but never seem to follow them for more than a few days, at most). It’s mainly [dancefloor] dancing now (no more classes ): ) & walking around on campus. And I do love my vegetables (:
